Return Policy

At LFZ Hijab, we stand behind our products and want you to be 100% satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers. If you would like to return your product, you may do so within 14 days of purchase using the following options.

Please Note: Our product’s photo colors may vary from the actual products and we cannot guarantee that they will be the exact same color as what you are viewing in the listings and no refund can be processed due to the variance of color.

Canada Returns
Worry-Free Return (CANADA ONLY)

You may use a pre-paid return service label to ship your return merchandise as long as they are unworn and in their original packaging and pay no up-front postage fees. This hassle-free return option has a service fee of $20 per order which will be withheld from your refund once your return has been processed.

International Returns

At this time we do not offer a pre-paid return option for International Returns. We recommend that you send your return with a shipping method that allows you to track your return and that you insure the package for the cost of the items being returned. If you choose this option, you are solely responsible for the shipping costs of this return. Please make sure products are unworn and in their original packaging.

Returning Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the correct item you ordered, contact us at info@lfzhijab.com for processing your return or replacement of an item (subject to availability of stock). Please make sure products are unworn and in their original packaging. You will be refunded the purchase price as well as any applicable taxes in this case.

User shall agree that there will be no comment(s) submitted to the www.lfzhijab.com will violate any rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, the privacy of another personal or proprietary right (s). Furthermore, the user shall agree there will not be the content of unlawful, abusive, or obscene material(s) submitted to the site.

The user will be the only one responsible for any comment’s content made.

Non-returnable Item

Any of the item that is purchased under the “Sale or Final Sale options” are final sale as they are heavily discounted.

All of our discounted items are final sale.

Order Cancellation

We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. In that case, you may return the order in its original packaging for a full refund on your own return cost (less the shipping fees we paid of $20 for Canadian Customers and $30 for Worldwide Customers).

Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund

Refunds are provided in the original form of payment for the purchase price of the item, including sales tax, and will be issued within 30 days of us receiving the return. Original shipping charges are not refunded as part of your return.
